Jesus taught us that love is at the heart of faith: love God and love your neighbor (Matthew 22:36-40).
As we light the Advent candle of love, we remember that love is the greatest gift of all and the reason Christ came into the world.
"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." (1 Corinthians 13:13)
