Join us on Sunday, May 31st, after worship service for a potluck brunch, and bring gift cards for a baby shower for Birth Haven. We will be collecting gift cards (Walmart, Amazon, ShopRite, Target) to support the babies and moms. 

Please consider donating multiple cards in smaller dollar amounts. If you choose to buy ShopRite cards, please consider purchasing from our church either after the worship service or through the church office. Stanhope UMC receives 5% back on all ShopRite cards purchased through the church. 

Bring something 'brunchy' to share, such as casseroles, desserts, fruits, or muffins. Hot food can be warmed in the church kitchen ovens, and cold food can be dropped off in the refrigerators on the way to our 9:30 am service. We’re asking everyone to bring a brunch dish to share, but if you don’t have time to prepare a dish, please come as you are. We’re Methodists; we love fellowship and food. There will always be plenty to share.

Birth Haven is an independent, non-sectarian, non-profit organization that provides shelter, support, and education for homeless, pregnant women and girls. Most residents are between the ages of 17 and 21 and represent the fullest diversity in race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, and life circumstances. Learn more about Birth Haven at birthhaven.org.
